One of the reasons I absolutely LOVE being a photographer is I’m able to capture the memories and emotions of children as they grow older, couples as they commit their love to one another on their wedding day, or the overwhelming new love that grows and forms as a baby is welcomed into the world....

What a fun and loving family the Ellens are. :) They are SO fun and SO pretty it makes my job easy! I do have to forgive them for being Alabama fans, and for wearing their crimson colors for this photoshoot, but that’s part of what makes them unique and a part of their DNA...

[...] This family knows how to have fun. I’ve known Karri for awhile and was so excited when she asked me to do photos for her Christmas card. Her two children are beautiful and they are full of laughters, smile, fun, and love. We took a walk to the park and Parker offered a ride to his sister, he’s such a sweetheart! Once we got to the park we got the pictures for the card (it turned out great but I don’t want to spoil Karri’s card…. so you’ll have to wait to see it) the kids were turned loose to play while Karri and I chatted and I captured the individual personalities of the kids.
